2013 Fine Arts Summer Camp!
Learn the fun of singing, dancing, creating props, and acting to your favorite Broadway shows! Students develop confidence and expand social skills through the rehearsal, performance, and creative process!

Each week ends in an hour-long production performed by all students and based on that week’s theme. Family and friends are encouraged to attend and applaud at these performances held every Friday at 12:30 PM.
Hours: Summer Camp is 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday. There is limited space in an 8:30 AM early drop-off program, please call 713.520.1220 for details.

Cost: There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee for each family for the summer. Summer Camp weekly tuition is $150 per week per child.
Financial Aid:
Assistance is available based on financial need. In order to be cinsidered, please complete the following:
1. Financial Aid Application
2. The most recent year's tax return
3. Complete Registration Form and $25 registration fee.

Location: Metropolitan Multi-Service Center located at 1475 West Gray, 77019.
Nurse and Medical Information: A registered nurse is on duty during summer camp hours. Please provide detailed and accurate medical information on the Registration Form and attach additional sheets as needed. Indicate on the Registration Form if medication needs to be dispensed; if so a permission form must be completed.
Food: The River does not provide lunch for summer camp students except on Fridays, when pizza is provided to celebrate the end of the week performance. Each child must bring a lunch that does not require heat or refrigeration Monday through Thursday.
Confirmation of Registration: You will be mailed a packet that includes a confirmation of registration, the date of the parent orientation, and information about dress, food and other important camp facts.
Parent Orientation: A parent orientation will be scheduled. The date and time will be included on your confirmation letter.
Eligibility: Although there are no restrictions based on diagnosis or mobility, Staff reserves the right to withdraw a child from the program if there are safety concerns for the child or others and/or if the child is unwilling to stay in the classroom the majority of class time.
